update

Daddy found a new house for us to live in. it has a screened in front porch and a garage that goes into the basement.

i had fun at school this week. on thursday we had a "wet day", and we got to play outside with the hose. i love getting wet. on the 4th of July it rained really hard during the day, and i had fun running around the porch in the rain.

i also had a cold this week, and today i lost my voice, and i sound "froggy" when i talk.

i love you and miss you, Ev & Mama.

Welcome to "A Pie"

This is the blog space chronicling the life and times of Nikolas Sebastian Vitale. I, his father, will be posting the content. I asked Nik what he wanted to name his blog, and without hesitation he said, "a pie". I will say upfront that i am not known for making regular written contributions, but i will make the effort to post no less than once a week.

Nik started preschool on Wednesday and has gone 3 full days. He loves it. When we were driving to school on Friday morning he started to get very excited when he recognized where we were going. When we got inside the building he ran to his classroom, hung his favorite hat on the hook and jumped into the frey. Today (saturday) when i was getting him dressed to go out, he asked if we were going to school.

Not much else to report other than Nik has been sneezy and drippy today. That's all for now.
